BRIGADA ESKWELA TARPAULIN

Brigada Eskwela promotes good school and community partnership by involving stakeholders such as parents, private institutions, community organizations, and non-governmental organizations in the maintenance and preparation of public schools before classes begin.

It focuses mainly in preparing the facilities of the school for the opening of classes, including minor repairing of school buildings, repainting, cleaning up, refurbishing of furniture and fixtures, and similar activities.

As a matter of policy, all work and tasks performed under the Brigada Eskwela are voluntary in nature.

Key activities include conducting advocacy campaigns, coordinating with local stakeholders for donations, and providing learning materials and reading programs for students.
