OPLAN BALIK ESWELA TARPAULIN

The Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) is DepEd's annual initiative where it collaborates with other government agencies, organizations and stakeholders in preparation for the opening of classes. Through the OBE, DepEd aims to ensure that learners from public and private schools are properly enrolled.

The OBE is an annual program of the DepEd that engages agencies, organizations, and other stakeholders for the opening of classes to address the concerns commonly encountered by the public during the opening of classes by providing assistance and information.
