DEPED ADMITS KTO12 IS TOO CONGESTED

 

 DepEd Under Secretary Nepomuceno Malaluan said that K to 12 Curriculum was "too congested" because students were given too many lessons.

Said issue was one of the topics of review made by the agency in the Basic Education Plan 2030 with its goal of solving the hindrances in achieving quality education for all.

"Pero doon sa usapin ng curriculum, nakita natin sa ating review na 'yong atig Kto12 curriculum ay congested o masyadong masikip. Masyado tayong maraming gustong ituro sa ating mga mag-aaral at kailangan nating i-streamline ito," Malaluan addressed.

The implementation of Kto12 curriculum have changed the way of life of Filipinos forever. Admitting that it is faulty saddens the youth for it goes to say that not enough research and study have undergone before its full implementation nationwide. What will be its effect to people? Two years were robbed off the children's time but still majority find it difficult to apply for jobs. Who will pay for the loss promises of Kto12 upon its birth?
