RELEASED SALARY DIFFERENTIAL (SEPT.23,2024)
Implementation of the First Tranche of the Updated Salary Schedule for Civilian Government Personnel Under Executive Order (EO) No. 64, s. 2024
The implementation of salary increases is now in progress across government agencies as the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) started releasing the allocated funds for the said purpose.
This, after President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. signed Executive Order No. 64 approving the Salary Standardization Law VI (salary increase) for all civilian government personnel on August 2, 2024
SSL VI dashboard launched
In the spirit of transparency, accountability, and good governance, Sec. Mina ordered the creation of the Salary Standardization Law VI (SSL VI) dashboard. It is a tool designed to provide real-time data on the budget releases for easier monitoring and effective oversight.
"This dashboard reflects our commitment to transparency and open government. What we want is for the people and our stakeholders to be informed as well as updated in real-time about our budget releases," the Budget Secretary pointed out.
The salary increase dashboard is now up and running in the DBM's official website and can be accessed thru this link: https://www.dbm.gov.ph/
Note that release of funds relative to salary increase is based on the submitted requests of agencies to the DBM on their respective salary adjustment computations and requirements.
