Electronic Mid-Year Review Form (E-MRF) 2024-2025

 DepEd BHROD announces and recommends the use of the innovation from Teacher Christine Anne Prepuse, Master Teacher I from Dasmariñas West NHS, City Schools Division of Dasmariñas—an electronic Mid-Year Review Form (e-MRF) for the RPMS-PPST SY 2023-2024. The e-MRF may be used in time for the school mid-year performance review and assessment.



Per DepEd Order 2, s. 2015, “a mid-year review is prescribed to determine the progress in achieving the Objectives. During the mid-year review, the rater shall inform in writing the ratee of the status of performance… Coaching, feedback and appropriate interventions shall be provided where necessary.”
They also NOTE THAT THIS E-MRF IS FREE FOR USE AND IS NOT FOR SALE.
