TEACHERS BENEFITS AND ALLOWANCES 2023

       

 Aside from regular salary, DepEd Personnel are entitled of the following benefits and allowances this 2023:

Personnel Economic Relief Allowances- 2,000.00 (Monthly)

Mid-Year Bonus- 1 Month Basic Pay (May 15)

Special Hardship Allowance ( SHA)- must not exceed 25% of the annual basic salary

Honoraria for Teaching Overload- maximum of 25% of the annual basic salary

Year-End Bonus- 1 Month Basic Pay (November 15)

Representation Allowance and Transportation Allowance (RATA)- 5,000.00- 14,000.00 depending on Personnel

Step Increment- Depending on Salary Grade Table

Cash Gift- 5,000.00 (November)

Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI)- 5,000.00 (December 15)

Loyalty Cash Incentive- 1,000.00 every year

Transportation Allowance for ALS Teacher- 3,000.00 monthly

Teaching Aid Allowance for ALS Teacher- 5,000.00 yearly

Cash Allowance- 7,500.00 for 2023 (Chalk, Internet & Communication, Teaching materials, Medical) (Start of School Year)

Clothing Allowance- 6,000.00 (April)

World Teachers Day Incentive- 1,000.00 (October)

SRI- 15,000.00( tentative on December)

Anniversary Bonus- 3,000.00 ( June)
