DEPED NEW TEACHING POSITIONS

 

Seven days before the president end his term, PRRD signed EO No. 174 to enhance the right of teachers to professional advancement, and ensure that teaching will attract and retain its rightful share of the best available talents through adequate remuneration and other means of job satisfaction and fulfillment.

 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has signed Executive Order No. 174 entitled "Establishing the Expanded Career Progression System for Public School Teachers".

This shall promote professional development and career advancement among public school teachers, and define the career lines of teachers within the public school system, specifically in the elementary and secondary levels, including the Senior High School.
