EASY STEPS TO AVOID ONLINE SCAMS & PHISHING

 1. DO NOT share your account password, MPIN, OTP, and debit card PIN with anyone, even to  Bank officials.

2. REPORT  if someone asks for your password, MPIN, OTP, and debit card PIN, and/or account information over the phone, via SMS or e-mail.

3. WATCH OUT for fake websites that claim to be an official website. Transact only to official App of your bank.

4. DO NOT share photos of your personal details, your card details, and other sensitive banking details online.

5. Please be reminded that official promos from the Bank will only be released through their official social media pages, SMS, and e-mail. Should you encounter malicious accounts claiming to be the Bank, do not transact with them and make sure to report the said account.
