2021 ONLINE NATIONAL FESTTVAL OF TALENTS
1. The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of learning Delivery Student Inclusion Division (BLD-SID), will conduct the 2O2l Online National Festival of Talents (NFOTI with the theme, Demonstrating Resiliency of LEarners During the COVID-19 Pandemic Through Showcasing of Skills and Talents, via DepEd Philippines FB Live Stream from Jauuary 24 to 28,2022.
2. NFOT aims to provide an opportunity for learners from public and private elementary and secondar5r schools, including the Alternative learning System (ALS), to showcase their skills and talents in different disciplines. It also serves as a platform for assessing learners' artistic abilities, language, scientific, technological and livelihood skills, critical analysis for deep reasoning, among other abilities which are set in the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum, and for making meaning out of their experiences.
3. The 2021 NFOT q'ill be conducted through a Virtual showcase by repackaging the different events in t].is Festival to make it more responsive and relevant to the present situation. This is also to ensure the strict compliance of health and safety protocols set by Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF).
