Complete List of Benefits and Allowances 2021 of DepEd Personnel

 Aside from regular salary, DepEd Personnel are entitled of the following benefits and allowances this 2021:

Personnel Economic Relief Allowances- 2,000.00

Mid-Year Bonus- 1 Month Basic Pay

Special Hardship Allowance ( SHA)- must not exceed 25% of the annual basic salary

Honoraria for Teaching Overload- maximum of 25% of the annual basic salary

Year-End Bonus- 1 Month Basic Pay

Representation Allowance and Transportation Allowance (RATA)- 5,000.00- 14,000.00 depending on Personnel

Step Increment- Depending on Salary Grade Table

Cash Gift- 5,000.00

Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI)- 5,000.00

Loyalty Cash Incentive- 1,000.00 every year

Transportation Allowance for ALS Teacher- 3,000.00 monthly

Teaching Aid Allowance for ALS Teacher- 5,000.00 yearly

Cash Allowance- 5,000.00 for 2021 (Chalk, Internet & Communication, Teaching materials, Medical)

Clothing Allowance- 6,000.00

World Teachers Day Incentive- 1,000.00
