DEPED TO HIRE 7K MORE ADMIN STAFF
To lighten the workload of teachers, DepEd plans to hire and renew 7,062 school-based administrative staff members.
The Department of Education (DepEd) plans to hire and renew 7,062 school-based administrative support workers under Contracts of Service (CoS) in public schools around the country so that educators can concentrate more on instruction and student engagement.
By taking care of administrative and clerical duties like creating reports and overseeing school programs, these staff members will lessen the amount of work that teachers have to do outside of the classroom.
This program is a significant step in giving students around the country access to a more concentrated and effective learning environment.
Key Points:
Eligibility: At least Senior High School graduate; no experience required
Salary: Based on regional minimum wage + 12.5% premium
