 Adoption of Special Hardship Allowance for Public School Teachers 2024

DepEd released aa memo last August 12, 2024 about the adoption of DO 017 s. 2023 as guidelines that will be used to identify the the schools' hardship posts. It was entitled DM 045 s. 2024 or the Adoption of DO No. 17 s. 2023 as Guidelines for the Provision of Special Hardship Allowance for Public School Teachers. 

For FY 2023, teachers assigned in schools with Hardship Index (HI) of 0.33 and above shall be eligible to receive SHA. ( Meaning 2024 onwards is covered in this amendment.)
