CATCH-UP FRIDAY ACTIVITY SHEETS (APRIL 19, 2024)
Launched by DepEd in January, Catch Up Fridays is a weekly learning intervention program that requires schools to dedicate half of the day to reading activities and the other half to values, health and peace education.
The analysis revealed that implementing Catch-Up Friday sessions and contextualized reading materials significantly impacted Grade 10 students' reading proficiency levels, highlighting the importance of tailored interventions and learning resources to enhance reading proficiency.
The Teacher Craft have designed suggested activities in the hope of helping fellow teachers in the implementation of said program.
