PBB IS REAL! ( LIST OF SDOs WITH RELEASED PBB 2021)

 

DepEd to Receive 45.5% PBB 2021 

The Final Eligibility Assessment for FY 2021 Performance-Based Bonus of the Department of Education has the following result: 

Overall Assessment- The DepEd-office of the Secretary (DepEd-OSEC) achieved 70 points and is eligible for the grant of FY 2021 PBB. 45.5% ( 70% of the 65% monthly basic salary) will soon be received of all the eligible DepEd Personnel.

Starting FY 2021 PBB, the delivery units of eligible agencies shall no longer be ranked. Unit/s most responsible for deficiencies shall be isolated.

Employees belonging to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels should receive rating of at least very satisfactory to be eligible.

PAYOUT- Within the year 2023 subject to availability of DBM's release of funds.
