Malacañang announces that President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has declared Oct. 31 a special non-working holiday.

Office of the Press Secretary OIC Cheloy Garafil says President Marcos signed today the proclamation declaring Oct. 31 as a special non-working holiday.
"Para na rin mas marami tayong time kasama ang ating pamilya at para mapromote na rin ang ating local tourism," said Garafil.
