PBBM COVID-19 Positive again

In his second brush with the illness, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has tested positive for COVID-19, the Palace stated on Friday.

Marcos tested positive after an antigen test, according to the press secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles.

The President tested positive for COVID-19 in an antigen test. Cruz-Angeles stated during a press conference in Malacanang that although he has a little fever, he is otherwise healthy.

Marcos has now tested positively for the coronavirus twice.

Marcos would be kept in isolation for seven days beginning with the day he tested positive, according to health undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire.

Vergeire noted in the same news event that if his symptoms had already subsided by then, "he may be able to go back to work and have his face-to-face activities."
