NATIONWIDE FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS THIS AUGUST

 

National Action Plan on COVID-19 chief implementer Carlito Galvez said on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 that f2f classes in all levels will commence on the opening this August 2022.

“As long as the health protocols are followed, social distance spacing, and the ventilation in classrooms are fixed ahead, the classes may start in the new normal,” said Galvez.

DepEd Secretary Briones recently reported that no records of COVID-19 spread happen during the pilot run of limited f2f implementation.

Galvez also reiterated that in 10,000 vaccinated minors, only 4 kids have shown "very, very minor side effects."

Comes August, the government targets a 100% vaccination rate among teaching and non-teaching personnel, as well as learners under DepEd.
