DBM releases fund for 2nd Quarter Allotments for SSL5 Salary Adjustments

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) releases the funds for 2Q Operating Requirements of the National Government including Allotments for SSL5 Salary Adjustments to safeguard unhindered operation of the National Government in the midst of contagion, as well as continuous provision of compensation to all government officials, employees, and those under Contract of Services (COS), job order(JOs) and other similar schemes, the DBM released the corresponding Notices of Cash Allocation (NCAs) for the 2nd Quarter. According to DBM, said NCAs are ready for crediting to the respective MDS Accounts of Agencies on the first working day of April 2020.

Furthermore, the department said that the Salary Differential of the first tranche of the compensation adjustment for civilian personnel like Teachers, as authorized under RA 11466 and National Budget Circular No. 579, were also issued to enable agencies to release the salary adjustments effective January 1, 2020.

Funds covering the clothing allowance and Mid- Year Bonus ( MYB will be released not earlier than May 15th 2020) are also released.
